Es troba a ubicaci\u00f3 a primera l\u00ednia de mar, a Sant Josep de sa Talaia. \u00c9s un espai que encisa perqu\u00e8 les seves habitacions tenen aire mediterrani, dedica espai a la cultura i l&#8217;art, el seu ambient \u00e9s cosmopolita i les seves piscines seductores. Tamb\u00e9 destaca per la seva proposta gastron\u00f2mica, concretament la del\u00a0<strong>restaurant de cuina llatina Hayaca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant destaca per la seva ubicaci\u00f3 excepcional\u00a0al terrat d&#8217;aquest emblem\u00e0tic hotel, que regala cada dia als visitants espectaculars capvespres sobre la mar, cosa que, tant s\u00ed com no, cal fer quan hom visita Eivissa.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 sobretot, per la seva divertida i suggeridora proposta gastron\u00f2mica, l&#8217;autor de la qual \u00e9s el conegut xef argent\u00ed Mauricio Giovanini, que t\u00e9 una estrella Michelin al seu restaurant\u00a0<strong>Messina\u00a0<\/strong>de Marbella.<\/p>\n<p>Hayaca ha estat per a Maurici un caprici en qu\u00e8 ha combinat llibertat, creativitat i viv\u00e8ncies; i el resultat \u00e9s una fusi\u00f3 sorprenent que s&#8217;inspira en els millors plats de la cuina llatina de Cuba, Argentina, Per\u00fa, M\u00e8xic i Brasil, entre altres pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<p>La seva carta inclou amanides ex\u00f2tiques\u00a0en les quals no falten ingredients caribenys com el coco, el gingebre i el coriandre; hamburgueses estiloses que sublimen la carn de wagyu amb guacamole i maonesa d&#8217;aj\u00ed; ceviches i tiraditos que han esdevingut el m\u00e9s demandat d&#8217;Hayaca; i carn que homenatgen l&#8217;ascend\u00e8ncia familiar de Giovanini, amb plats tan senzills i exquisits com el llom argent\u00ed, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>Les postres no es queden enrere, i honoren el cacau llat\u00ed amb del\u00edcies com el past\u00eds de xocolata amb festucs i crema de torr\u00f3, entre d&#8217;altres. Una fusi\u00f3 que sorpr\u00e8n els comensals per la seva barreja de textures, sabors i aromes, que sovint culminen amb un complement singular: els excepcionals c\u00f2ctels que el prestigi\u00f3s\u00a0<strong>mix\u00f2leg Diego Cabrera<\/strong>\u00a0ha dissenyat per a Am\u00e0re Eivissa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;hotel t\u00e9 una oferta per romandre en habitaci\u00f3 doble amb esmorzar des de 182 euros el vespre i el preu mitj\u00e0 del restaurant Hayaca \u00e9s de 35 euros per persona.
