Aix\u00ed ho ha comunicat l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic.\u00a0Es tracta d&#8217;un campionat, en qu\u00e8 hi participen cuiners que representen totes les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes de l&#8217;Estat espanyol, una cita que es dur\u00e0 a terme els dies 1 i 2 d&#8217;octubre a\u00a0<strong>Gasteiz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s<strong>\u00a0difondre la tapa, la barqueta, tot i un emblema culinari del Pa\u00eds Basc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les Illes Balears seran\u00a0representades per un equip que liderar\u00e0\u00a0<strong>Tamara Lumbreras<\/strong>, cap de cuina del restaurant Ocre i guanyadora de Tapa Tour 2023, que estar\u00e0 acompanyada per\u00a0<strong>Carles Forteza<\/strong>, cuiner de Quadrat Restaurant, i del cuiner\u00a0<strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>, creador i cuiner del restaurant Morralla.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs t\u00e9 dues fases.\u00a0A la primera fase, que tendr\u00e0 lloc el primer d&#8217;octubre, hauran de fer dues propostes de pintxo\/barqueta per a 50 comensals. La primera proposta ser\u00e0 de lliure elecci\u00f3 per part de cada equip, podent\u00a0emprar tots els ingredients que vulguin i amb la possibilitat de portar elaborat all\u00f2 essencial per despr\u00e9s rematar-la en el moment de la degustaci\u00f3. A cada equip se li abonaran 5,00\u20ac\/barqueta per aquesta proposta lliure, \u00e9s a dir 250 \u20ac. Per fer aquesta proposta, cada equip es fa responsable de les mat\u00e8ries primeres i ingredients que siguin necessaris. La segona proposta s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de fer amb els productes de la cistella sorpresa. Cada equip haur\u00e0 de consensuar qu\u00e8 cal elaborar, \u00fanicament amb els productes de la cistella.<\/p>\n<p>La segona fase ser\u00e0 el dimecres 2 d&#8217;octubre a les 10 hores. Davant un jurat professional, els equips tornaran a elaborar la seva proposta de creaci\u00f3 lliure. Faran 6 creacions de cadascuna. Cada equip \u00e9s responsable dels elements necessaris per dur a terme la seva barqueta (mat\u00e8ria primera, ingredients etc) com tamb\u00e9 del parament que necessiti per a la presentaci\u00f3.
