El triomfador d&#8217;aqueta edici\u00f3 ha estat el <strong>restaurant Morralla<\/strong> amb el xef <strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>, que s&#8217;enduu el t\u00edtol de TaPalma d&#8217;Or 2024 amb la seva creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Coca-rroba&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment, organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca Caeb, i que t\u00e9 el patrocini oficial de Trasmed i els patrocinadors institucionals com s\u00f3n l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma, Passion for Palma i la Fundaci\u00f3 Mallorca Turisme, t\u00e9 la finalitat de dinamitzar la ciutat durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3, i posicionar Mallorca, i molt concretament la capital, com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia espanyola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premi Tapalma d&#8217;Argent<br \/>\n<\/strong>En la modalitat de Tapa TaPalma, el vencedor de la plata ha estat el restaurant <strong>La Consentida<\/strong> amb el xef <strong>\u00d3scar Font\u00e1n<\/strong>, que ha presentat al jurat la tapa &#8216;Cruixent canel\u00f3 de medul\u00b7la de vedella estofada amb daus de gamba blanca amb alls i allioli de t\u00f2fona&#8217;. I finalment, el bronze, ha estat per Ombu i el xef Carlos Frau, qui ha presentat la tapa &#8216;Bruma mallorquina&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>En categoria de <strong>Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong> IGP, el restaurant Morralla, amb el xef <strong>Kike Erazo<\/strong>, ha aconseguit l&#8217;or gr\u00e0cies a &#8216;La Joia de Mallorca&#8217;. L&#8217;argent en aquesta modalitat se l&#8217;ha enduit el restaurant <strong>Zaituna <\/strong>del xef <strong>David Raya<\/strong>, amb &#8216;La Perla Negra&#8217; i, en tercer lloc, el bronze ha recaigut en el restaurant <strong>La Consentida <\/strong>i el xef <strong>\u00d3scar Font\u00e1n<\/strong> per la seva creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Bombeta de sobrassada amb espinacs i crema de marisc&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concurs de c\u00f2ctels<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pel que fa al concurs de c\u00f2ctels, el guanyador del C\u00f2ctel d&#8217;Or ha estat <strong>El Bandarra<\/strong> pel seu c\u00f2ctel &#8216;Framb\u00f3lico&#8217; del bartender <strong>Michele Marcon<\/strong>. La plata ha recaigut sobre <strong>Ombu<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a la creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Toma-tiga&#8217; de <strong>William Mensitieri<\/strong>. El bronze se l&#8217;ha endut <strong>Assaona<\/strong> del bartender <strong>Paula Blasco<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a &#8216;La Vall&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han lliurat dos acc\u00e8ssits, un a la tapa millor maridada amb San Miguel, que ha estat per al restaurant Ombu amb la creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Bruma Mallorquina&#8217;. I quant a l&#8217;acc\u00e8ssit al millor c\u00f2ctel elaborat amb producte d&#8217;Antoni Nadal Destil\u00b7leries, ha estat per a <strong>Quentin&#8217;s Saloon<\/strong> pel seu c\u00f2ctel &#8216;Tu vuo&#8217; fa&#8217; \u00e9l mallorqu\u00ed&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs, presentat per Beatriz D\u00edez i Toni Rigo, ha comen\u00e7at a les 16.30 hores amb el certamen de la Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP en el qual han participat els xefs de Can Frasquet, Bellaombra, Viu Restaurant, La Consentida, Zaituna, Best Pizza, Morralla i Ombu.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, a les 17.30 hores ha estat el torn per al concurs de c\u00f2ctels &#8216;Distribucions T\u00fanel&#8217; amb els bartenders de 6th Sense, Viu Restaurant, Ombu, El Bandarra, Grand Siena, Quentin&#8217;s Saloon i Assaona.<\/p>\n<p>I finalment, a les 19.00 hores s&#8217;ha celebrat el concurs de Tapa TaPalma en el qual han participat els xefs de Morralla, Caf\u00e9 Barroco, La Consentida, Best Pizza, Bellaombra, Ombu, Zaituna i Can Frasquet.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat de tapes del Concurs TaPalma Mallorca-2024 ha estat format per un jurat fix encap\u00e7alat per Igor Rodr\u00edguez, president del jurat de tapes i xef del restaurant El Bandarra; Mariano Mier, premio I+D Gij\u00f3n de Pinxos 2024 i xef del restaurant El Quinto de Gij\u00f3n; Ana Mediavilla, presidenta del Concurs Nacional de Pinxos i Tapes Ciudad de Valladolid; Goyo Gonz\u00e1lez, presentador del Concurs Nacional de Pinxos i Tapes Ciudad de Valladolid, i Nuria Casas, actriu i creadora de contingut. El jurat del concurs Tapa TaPalma ha estat format per Claudio Lemos, xef del restaurant Selvatge; Koldo Royo, president d&#8217;ASCAIB, xef i assessor, i Miquel Calent, xef del restaurant Can Calent, Cuit de Nakar Hotel i presentador d&#8217;IB3 TV; i el de Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP, per Antonia M. Torres, directora del jurat de Tast de la IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca; Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, xef i membre d&#8217;ASCAIB, i Rodrigo Vallejo, xef privat.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, el jurat de c\u00f2ctels ha estat format per Juan Antonio Garc\u00eda, president del jurat de c\u00f2ctels de TaPalma i president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Bartenders de les Illes Balears, juntament amb S\u00f2nia Pou, relacions p\u00fabliques de l&#8217;ABIB; Pedro Mar\u00edn, ambaixador d&#8217;Antonio Nadal Destil\u00b7leries; Kike Bayano, ambaixador de Coca-Cola i gerent d&#8217;On The Rocks; Laura Pelarda, cap de bar de l&#8217;Hotel Gl\u00f2ria de Sant Jaume, i Miquel Calent, xef del restaurant Can Calent, Cuit de Nakar Hotel i presentador d&#8217;IB3 TV.<\/p>\n<p>La gala de lliurament de premis s&#8217;ha celebrat a l&#8217;Auditori Illes Balears una vegada finalitzada cadascuna de les categories del concurs. I, per a acabar, el hall del Palau de Congressos s&#8217;ha vestit de festa gr\u00e0cies als estands dels patrocinadors i col\u00b7laboradors de l&#8217;esdeveniment, i a la m\u00fasica de Miquel Font. Un concurs al qual hi han assistit m\u00e9s de mil persones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruta de tapes<br \/>\n<\/strong>Totes les tapes i c\u00f2ctels participants en TaPalma Mallorca-2024 podran degustar-se en la ruta que comen\u00e7a aquest dimecres 27 de novembre fins al diumenge 1 de desembre en la qual participen un total de 31 establiments.
