{"id":92675,"date":"2024-11-27T10:51:37","date_gmt":"2024-11-27T09:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=92675"},"modified":"2024-11-27T10:51:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T09:51:37","slug":"la-collida-doliva-a-mallorca-denguany-disminueix-un-78","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/la-collida-doliva-a-mallorca-denguany-disminueix-un-78","title":{"rendered":"La collida d&#8217;oliva a Mallorca d&#8217;enguany disminueix un 78%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Olivicultors i elaboradors inscrits a la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen\u00a0(DO)\u00a0Oli de Mallorca es van reunir dissabte a Algaida a la trobada anual que organitza el consell regulador que va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia de la consellera executiva de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Desenvolupament Local del Consell de Mallorca, Maria del Pilar Amate; el director general d\u2019Agricultura del Govern de les Illes Balears, Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez; el director general de Qualitat Aliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local, Joan Llabr\u00e9s i el director insular de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica, \u00c1lvaro Roca.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la major part de tafones inscrites a la DO Oli de Mallorca a punt de donar per finalitzada l\u2019actual campanya,\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Joan Mayol<\/strong>, president del consell regulador, va poder fer balan\u00e7 d\u2019aquest\u00a02024. D\u2019una banda, Mayol va remarcar\u00a0que s\u2019han registrat les millors dades de comercialitzaci\u00f3 des de la creaci\u00f3 de la denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019origen, per\u00f2, d&#8217;altra banda, va apuntar que ser\u00e0 el de la pitjor collita amb una\u00a0<strong>disminuci\u00f3 de fins al 78% en les entrades d\u2019oliva respecte a la campanya de 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes de la poca producci\u00f3 d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n<\/strong>Si b\u00e9 els elaboradors feien comptes que hi hauria una menor producci\u00f3 respecte de l\u2019any passat a causa del mateix cicle biol\u00f2gic de l\u2019olivera\u00a0(\u00e9s un arbre any\u00edvol, que alterna un any d\u2019esplet amb un altre de descans), altres factors com ara les alteracions provocades pel comportament inusual de les temperatures i la sequera, com tamb\u00e9 l\u2019elevada pres\u00e8ncia de mosca de l\u2019olivera han redu\u00eft encara m\u00e9s el volum d\u2019oliva a recol\u00b7lectar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Control de malalties a l&#8217;olivera<br \/>\n<\/strong>A la reuni\u00f3, els assistents van poder con\u00e8ixer l\u2019oferta formativa relacionada amb l\u2019olivicultura de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, gr\u00e0cies a la Dra. Josefina Bota (professora titular de Producci\u00f3 Vegetal de la UIB) i Miquel A. Mas (professor d\u2019Olivicultura i Eleot\u00e8cnia), com tamb\u00e9 es donaren a con\u00e8ixer els resultats preliminars de l\u2019<strong>estudi\u00a0per al control del fong ull de gall\u00a0<\/strong>a Mallorca, que est\u00e0 desenvolupant la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, a c\u00e0rrec del Dr. Jaume Jaume (director de Desenvolupament de la Producci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria de l\u2019IRFAP).<\/p>\n<p>Per finalitzar, el consell regulador va fer lliurament de diplomes d\u2019agra\u00efment a les marques que dins l\u2019any 2024 han obtingut guardons a cert\u00e0mens que distingeixen la qualitat dels olis d\u2019oliva verge extra en l\u2019\u00e0mbit nacional i internacional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sa Cadernera<\/strong>(Medalla Gran Oro a l\u2019International Awards Virtus i Medalla plata als Cinve i als premis Mezquita de C\u00f3rdoba)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treurer\u00a0<\/strong>(medalles d\u2019or al Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil, New York International Olive Oil Competition i Olive Japan International Extra Virgin Olive Oil; la seva puntuaci\u00f3 a la Guia Iber Oleum com a primer classificat en fruitat mitj\u00e0 i segona posici\u00f3 al Top 100 de la Guia EVooleum)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oli de Santany\u00ed\u00a0<\/strong>(medalla d\u2019or pel seu ecol\u00f2gic a Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil i al New York International Olive Oil Competition)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Son Moragues<\/strong>(Medalla Or categoria ecol\u00f2gic New York International Olive Oil Competition).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es va fer el lliurament d\u2019un diploma d\u2019agra\u00efment a la Dra.
