reutilitzables.<\/p>\n<p>La mesura, aprovada el passat mes de novembre pel Govern espanyol, pret\u00e9n posar fi a fraus (qui no recorda haver tastat d&#8217;algun restaurant oli d&#8217;oliva que semblava aigua), protegir el client i defensar els productors.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>LA MESURA EVITA EL FRAU, PROTEGEIX EL CLIENT I DEFENSA ELS PRODUCTORS D&#8217;OLI<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El decret que ha redactat el ministeri d&#8217;Agricultura preveu que hi podr\u00e0 haver setrills o altres recipients per servir l&#8217;oli sempre que disposin d&#8217;un sistema d&#8217;obertura que perdi \u00a0la integritat una vegada encetat; \u00e9s a dir, com passa quan encetam una botella d&#8217;aigua: si t\u00e9 el precinte llevat o romput podem desconfiar totalment del que hi ha dins el recipient.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, <strong>el sector<\/strong> de l&#8217;hoteleria, la restauraci\u00f3 i el c\u00e0tering <strong>podr\u00e0 esgotar les exist\u00e8ncies d&#8217;oli adquirit fins al 28 de febrer de 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La mesura entra en vigor despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;estira i arronsa (<a title=\"SABIES QUE S\u2019HAN ACABAT ELS SETRILLS ALS RESTAURANTS?\" href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/sabies-que-shan-acabat-els-setrills-als-restaurants\">1<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0<a title=\"LA UNI\u00d3 EUROPEA FA ANQUES ENRERE I PERMETR\u00c0 ALS RESTAURANTS TENIR SETRILLS\" href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-unio-europea-fa-anques-enrere-i-permetra-als-restaurants-tenir-setrills\">2<\/a>) ja que diversos pa\u00efsos de la Uni\u00f3 Europea la qualificaren d&#8217;excessiva; per aix\u00f2, es deix\u00e0 la porta oberta a que cada estat regul\u00e0s la seva normativa.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 de la norma, Espanya se
