{"id":98700,"date":"2026-02-10T10:36:31","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T09:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=98700"},"modified":"2026-02-10T10:36:31","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T09:36:31","slug":"miguel-angel-mejias-guanya-el-iv-concurs-de-peix-popular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/miguel-angel-mejias-guanya-el-iv-concurs-de-peix-popular","title":{"rendered":"Miguel \u00c1ngel Mej\u00edas guanya el IV Concurs de Peix Popular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El IV Concurs de Peix Popular, patrocinat per la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural i Millorqu\u00ed, ja t\u00e9 guanyador: Miguel \u00c1ngel Mej\u00edas, del restaurant S\u2019Hort\u00a0&#8211; Casino Mallorca, ha rebut el primer premi despr\u00e9s d\u2019imposar-se a un total de 9 participants amb la seva proposta: cotnes de morena.<\/p>\n<p>Al IV Concurs de Peix Popular, tamb\u00e9 hi han participat\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e1n Marincovic<\/strong>\u00a0(Mares Restaurant Boutique) amb el plat besuc lacat amb el seu brou, crem\u00f3s de peix i coco, mango coent i c\u00edtrics.\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mingorance<\/strong>\u00a0(restaurant Bellaombra) amb l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 batiada com a Boga Nikkei;\u00a0<strong>Mario Mart\u00ednez\u00a0<\/strong>(restaurant Annabel), amb el plat morena perillosa per\u00f2 bon\u00edssima;\u00a0<strong>Diego Manero<\/strong>\u00a0(Cupido Boutique Hotel) amb una m\u00f2llera a la mallorquina;\u00a0<strong>Agnese Miraz<\/strong>\u00a0(Agnese Miraz Private Chef) amb el plat anomenat Tom Kha mallorquina;\u00a0<strong>Jorge Arrondo\u00a0<\/strong>(de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears), amb un besuc curat en remolatxa, mango i cruixent de gambeta;\u00a0<strong>Juan D\u00edaz<\/strong>\u00a0(Club N\u00e0utic Arenal) amb arr\u00f2s cruixent amb morella, i\u00a0<strong>Rafael P\u00e9rez<\/strong>\u00a0(cuiner privat), amb el plat batejat com a territori davall la mar.<\/p>\n<p>El certamen s&#8217;ha celebrat el mat\u00ed de dia 9 de febrer a l&#8217;escenari d&#8217;HORECA Balears i ha posat en valor el potencial del peix com a producte essencial a la cuina professional.
