La not\u00edcia s&#8217;ha donat a con\u00e8ixer dilluns a la gala celebrada al Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona.<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner\u00a0<strong>\u00c1lvaro Salazar<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el creador del concepte gastron\u00f2mic situat a\u00a0<strong>Canyamel<\/strong>\u00a0(Mallorca), concretament a Cap Vermell Grand Hotel.
