Ingredients<\/strong>
310g de farina de FOR\u00c7A
\n175g d\u2019aigua a temperatura ambient
\n20g d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva
\n15g de llevadura fresca
\n1 cullerada de sal (que equival a 8g)
\nopcional: pipes, fruits secs\u2026.
\ni, molt important: un p\u00edrex amb tapa. Si no en teniu podeu improvitzar amb un motlle de coques tapat amb un altre motlle.
Elaboració<\/strong>
Aquesta recepta \u00e9s per a principiants, se\u2019l sol anomenar \u201cpa miracle\u201d. No necessita temps de tova ni amassat. No necessitam cap panificadora ni molt de temps. Tan sols 5 minuts per fer-lo i 40 per coure\u2019l, unes mans i uns quants ingredients b\u00e0sics. Ens hi posam?<\/p>\n

Posam la farina en un bol i esmicolam la llevadura amb les mans i la tiram per sobre. Afegim l\u2019aigua, l\u2019oli i la sal i barrejam b\u00e9 amb les mans. No fa falta amassar excessivament, nom\u00e9s fins que veiem que els ingredients s\u2019han integrat. Formam una bola i la posam a dins el p\u00edrex engrassat pr\u00e8viament amb oli.<\/p>\n

Pintam el pa amb una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, hi tiram un polsim de farina per sobre i feim uns talls al pa amb un c\u00fater o un ganivet que talli molt. Ho tapam amb la tapa i ho posam dins el forn SENSE ESCALFAR (s\u00ed s\u00ed, amb el forn apagat!). Posam el forn a 220\u00ba i ho deixam coure 40 min.<\/p>\n
