{"id":13353,"date":"2014-03-20T00:40:36","date_gmt":"2014-03-19T23:40:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=13353"},"modified":"2014-04-01T19:53:48","modified_gmt":"2014-04-01T17:53:48","slug":"pa-de-pita","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/pa-de-pita","title":{"rendered":"Pa de pita"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>Per 8 pans (per 4 persones m\u00e9s o menys)<\/p>\n<p>250g de farina<br \/>\n140ml d\u2019aigua<br \/>\n1 cullerada d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<br \/>\n15g de llevadura fresca<br \/>\n1 cullerada petita de sal<br \/>\n1 cullerada petita de sucre<br \/><strong>Elaboraci&oacute;<\/strong><br \/>Escalfem el forn a 240\u00ba, a la m\u00e0xima temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>La recepta d&#8217;aquest pa \u00e9s id\u00e8ntica al que menjam al Kebab. \u00c9s molt divertit de fer perqu\u00e8 s\u2019infla i despr\u00e9s quan el talles veus que a dins ha quedat buit, a punt per poder ficar la carn!<\/p>\n<p>Fonem la llevadura a dins l\u2019aigua teba, i quan estigui ben disolta afegim tots els ingredients que falten. Ho barrejam i amassam b\u00e9 durant uns 10 minuts. Llavors formam una bola i ho deixam reposar durant 30 mintus a dins d\u2019un bol tapat amb un drap.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hagi passat la mitja hora formam boles de 50g amb la massa i les estiram formant cercles de 12 cm de di\u00e0metre. Els posam en una safata per a forn i ho posam al forn nom\u00e9s 4 minuts. Si feim massa el pa despr\u00e9s ser\u00e0 massa dur i no el podrem tallar i posar-hi a dintre la carn.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hagin passat 4 minuts traiem el pa i el deixam refredar dins la safata mateixa del forn, tapat amb un drap.
