{"id":14182,"date":"2014-07-11T14:11:40","date_gmt":"2014-07-11T12:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=14182"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:41","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:41","slug":"paella-facil","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/paella-facil","title":{"rendered":"Paella f\u00e0cil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<em>Per a 4 persones<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tetra brik de brou per a paella amb sofregit (1 litre)<\/li>\n<li>8 gambes vermelles grans<\/li>\n<li>8 musclos nets i oberts al vapor<\/li>\n<li>1 s\u00edpia neta i trossejada<\/li>\n<li>350 g d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/li>\n<li>Pli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>3 grans d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>un manadet de julivert<\/li>\n<li>1 tom\u00e0quet mitj\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<br \/>\nPosem a escalfar el brou de peix. Retallem les barbes de les gambes amb ajuda d&#8217;unes tisores i les salem.<\/p>\n<p>Fem una picada amb el tom\u00e0quet pelat, les dents d&#8217;all i les fulles de julivert. La reservem.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00b7loquem la paella al foc, hi afegim oli i fregim les gambes. Les guardem. Hi afegim la s\u00edpia i la picada i sofregim. Hi incorporem l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i li fem unes voltes. Hi posem el brou, rectifiquem de sal i, quan bulli, ho deixem coure a foc fort durant deu minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Baixem el foc, hi afegim els musclos i ho deixem coure vuit minuts m\u00e9s. Passat aquest temps, col\u00b7loquem les gambes damunt de l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, apaguem el foc i deixem reposar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s cinc minuts abans de portar-lo a la taula.
