Salau-los i posau-los a degotar dins un colador durant mitja hora. Passat aquest temps, posau al foc una paella ben gran al foc amb un poc d\u2019oli. En ser calent, abocau-hi el carabass\u00f3 i els daus de pernil. Afegiu-hi pebre bo i sofregiu-lo una estona fins que es reblaneixi una mica, per\u00f2 no fins que sigui cuit del tot. Retirau la paella del foc i abocau el contingut dins un bol perqu\u00e8 refredi una mica.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, untau el fons i les parets d\u2019un motlle amb sa\u00efm o mantega i empolvorau-lo amb galeta picada.<\/p>\n<p>Enceneu el forn a 180\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Bateu els ous com per fer truita. En ser tebi el carabass\u00f3, mesclau-lo amb els ous. Tastau-lo, posau-hi nou moscada ratllada i tastau-ho per comprovar el punt de sal i d\u2019esp\u00e8cies. Rectificau si fos prec\u00eds. Abocau el contingut del bol dins el motlle. Cobriu tota la superf\u00edcie amb galeta picada i enfornau-lo. Necessitar\u00e0 aproximadament 45 minuts per ser cuit, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 dep\u00e8n de cada forn. En tot cas, quan vegeu que la galeta de la superf\u00edcie es ben daurada i punxant el centre del past\u00eds amb un escuradents en surt eixut, vol dir que ja \u00e9s cuita la granada.
