En aquells dies el tabul\u00e9 es pot convertir en la teva recepta salva-vides! Una recepta molt f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pida de fer, que sobretot ve de gust en dies de primavera i estiu, quan comen\u00e7a a fer calor i volem alguna cosa refrescant. Nosaltres solem preparar el tabul\u00e9 amb cusc\u00fas per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es pot fer amb b\u00falgur o quinoa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recepta de tabul\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Per a 2 persones<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 1 tassa de cusc\u00fas (170 g)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tassa d\u2019aigua<br \/>\n\u2022 El suc de mitja llimona<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tom\u00e0quet<br \/>\n\u2022 Mig cogombre<br \/>\n\u2022 Un manat de menta<br \/>\n\u2022 Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<br \/>\n\u2022 Sal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n1. El primer pas consisteix en posar a hidratar el cusc\u00fas. Per fer-ho posa una tassa de cusc\u00fas i la mateixa quantiat d\u2019aigua en un bol. Afegeix-hi tamb\u00e9 el suc de mitja llimona. Deixa-ho reposar uns 5 minuts fins que s\u2019hagi begut tota l\u2019aigua.<br \/>\n2. Mentrestant pica el tom\u00e0quet i el cogombre a la brunoise (a quadradets petits). Tamb\u00e9 aprofita per capolar la menta.<br \/>\n3. Barreja el cusc\u00fas ja hidratat amb el tom\u00e0quet, el cogombre i la menta.<br \/>\n4.
