Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per a dues persones<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Ingredients ensalada:
\n– 2 Tom\u00e0tigues
\n– 1 Alvocat
\n– 1 formatge mozzarella di bufala
\n– Blat de moro
\n– Brots tendres d\u00b4ensalada<\/p>\n

Ingredients salsa pesto:<\/p>\n

– 50 g de fulles d\u2019alfabaguera plana
\n– 4 culleretes de pinyons
\n– 2-4 gran d\u2019all
\n– 120 ml d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verjo
\n– 115 g de formatge parmes\u00e0 acabat de ratllar
\n– 25 g de formatge pecorino acabat de ratllar
\n– Sal
\n– Pebre bo<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aquesta ensalada \u00e9s molt senzilla de fer. Tan sols hem de fer ben n\u00e9ts els ingredients i tallar-los a rodanxes i despr\u00e9s emplatar al gust o si voleu podeu emprar la presentaci\u00f3 de la fotografia adjunta.<\/p>\n

La salsa al pesto la podeu comprar feta o si voleu la podeu fer en un moment amb el morter. Picarem l\u2019alfabaguera, els alls i els pinyons fins a tenir una pasta homog\u00e8nea. Afegirem la meitat de l\u2019oli i batrem fins a tenir una pasta amb una consist\u00e8ncia cremosa. Despr\u00e9s anirem afegint la resta de l\u2019oli com si f\u00e9ssim all i oli, poc a poc, sense deixar de batre, fins a tenir una emulsi\u00f3 perfecta.<\/p>\n

Finalment afegirem els formatges, remenarem amb una cullera de fusta i rectificarem de sal i pebre bo.<\/p>\n
