{"id":3691,"date":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/restaurantsmallorca\/?p=1426"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:16:39","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:16:39","slug":"recepta-coca-de-quarto","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/recepta-coca-de-quarto","title":{"rendered":"Quarto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 10 vermells d&#8217;ou<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 blancs d&#8217;ou<br \/>\n&#8211; 235 g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 165 g de mid\u00f3 (f\u00e8cula de patata)<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g de sucre en pols<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per a fer aquestes postres que ha fet tan fam\u00f3s a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant-can-joan-de-s-aigo-centre\">Can Joan de s&#8217;Aigo<\/a>, hem de pujar el blancs d&#8217;ou a punt de neu, despr\u00e9s molt a poc a poc hi afegirem el sucre, els vermells d&#8217;ou i finalment la f\u00e8cula.<\/p>\n<p>En tenir la pasta ben homog\u00e8nia l&#8217;abocarem dins un motlle red\u00f3 o dins de motlles m\u00e9s petits rectangulars.
