Est\u00e0 extreta de la revista Cuina i \u00e9s del xef Roberto P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p>Posau el bacall\u00e0 amb oli d&#8217;oliva, els alls i la farigola en un recipient adequant i coeu-lo molt lentament a fi de confitar-lo.<br \/>\nMentrestant, en una paela petita, barrejau la mel, la mostassa i la nata. Deixau-ho reduir una mica.<\/p>\n<p>Pelau les patates a l&#8217;anglesa, \u00e9s a dir, de forma ovalada com una pilota de rugbi i bulliu-les.
