Ara b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9 la podem fer f\u00e0cilment dins una greixonera; pr\u00e8viament haureu de capolar la ceba i les pastanagues amb una picadora. Daurarem la ceba dins la greixonera amb oli d&#8217;oliva, en estar, hi afegirem la pastanaga, la copa de vi blanc i rectificarem de sal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentrestant podem preparar el llom. Hi ha gent que fica el llom dins la greixonera amb la salsa, per\u00f2 m&#8217;estim m\u00e9s marcar* primer els bistecs a la paella amb sal i pebre i despr\u00e9s ficar-ho dins la salsa i que s&#8217;acabi de fer a poc a poc. En mitja hora haur\u00edeu de poder tenir el plat acabat.
