L\u2019interior de la porcella ha d\u2019estar en contacte amb l\u2019adob.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019endem\u00e0, tornau a salpebrar la porcella, untau-ne la pell i l\u2019interior amb el sa\u00efm. Posau l\u2019adob i els 200 g d\u2019aigua dins una rostidora gran i, damunt, col\u00b7locau-hi una graella o unes fustes, amb la porcella damunt, de manera que la carn no toqui directament l\u2019adob, per\u00f2 els l\u00edquids que cont\u00e9 cre\u00efn vapor per evitar que la carn s\u2019assequi durant la cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enceneu el forn a 180\u00ba. En ser calent, enfornau la porcella. El temps aproximat de cocci\u00f3 \u00e9s de dues hores, per\u00f2 varia segons el tipus de forn.Vigilau que sempre hi hagi un poc de l\u00edquid dins la rostidora. Si s\u2019ha evaporat o n\u2019hi ha massa poc, afegiu-hi un tass\u00f3 o dos d\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan vegeu que la carn ja \u00e9s cuita (comprovau-ho punxant-la amb un ganivet o escuradents: la punta ha de travessar-la f\u00e0cilment), pintau la pell de la porcella amb aigua-sal i enceneu el gratinador a fi que es formi una crosta ben cruixent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La darrera mitja hora de forn, fregiu el patat\u00f3 per acompanyar-la.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Nota<\/em>:<br \/>\nEl sabor de la salsa de magranes
