A poc a poc afegiu-hi la barreja de farina als ingredients humits i bateu lleugerament (per evitar que es formin bosses d&#8217;aire a la massa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividiu la barreja en dues parts iguals. Afegiu a una d&#8217;aquestes el cacau en pols i barrejau-ho b\u00e9, removent-ho amb cura amb una esp\u00e0tula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posau oli de girasol al motlle per enfornar-lo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara ve la part m\u00e9s \u201cdelicada\u201d per aconseguir que el bescuit quedi amb el dibuix de zebra. Afegiu tres cullerades de la massa sense xocolata just en el centre del motlle, damunt d&#8217;aquesta tirau-hi tres cullerades de la massa de xocolata i aix\u00ed alternativament fins acabar amb les dues masses. \u00c9s molt important realitzar aquest proc\u00e9s amb rapidesa. Cal evitar inclinar el motlle per repartir la massa, perqu\u00e8 aquesta es col\u00b7locar\u00e0 al seu lloc per ella mateixa.
