{"id":5845,"date":"2013-01-23T18:07:51","date_gmt":"2013-01-23T18:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=5845"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:16:57","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:16:57","slug":"espaguetis-amb-tinta-de-sipia","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/espaguetis-amb-tinta-de-sipia","title":{"rendered":"Espaguetis amb tinta de s\u00edpia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Per a 4 persones<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>320 gr. d\u2019espaguetis<\/li>\n<li>Una s\u00edpia de 500\/750 gr. amb la bosseta de la tinta<\/li>\n<li>6 cullerades d\u2019oli<\/li>\n<li>una bona picada de julivert<\/li>\n<li>un all<\/li>\n<li>una ceba petita<\/li>\n<li>un got de vi blanc<\/li>\n<li>bitxo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Netejau la s\u00edpia, tallau-la a trossos i guardeu la bosseta de la tinta. Despr\u00e9s feu bocins la ceba i tallau a trossets molt petits el julivert i l\u2019all.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, en una paella molt ampla (despr\u00e9s hi haureu de abocar els espaguetis) escalfau l\u2019oli i afegiu-hi la picada d\u2019all i julivert, la ceba i el bitxo (o pebre de cirereta). El punt de bitxo \u00e9s important, no tingueu por. Despr\u00e9s, coeu-ho un parell de minuts (que no ens cremi l\u2019all) i afegiu-hi la s\u00edpia.<\/p>\n<p>Deixau-ho coure un parell de minuts m\u00e9s remenant-ho de tant en tant. A continuaci\u00f3, afegiu-hi el vi i coeu\u00a0 15 minuts, 10 amb tapa, 5 sense tapa fins que la s\u00edpia estigui tendra.<\/p>\n<p>No se si us passa, per\u00f2 per mi cada s\u00edpia \u00e9s un m\u00f3n. Despr\u00e9s dels 15 minuts tastau-la. Si encara fos dura coeu-la per m\u00e9s temps i si fa falta afegiu-hi una mica d\u2019aigua, perqu\u00e8 l\u2019all no es cremi.<br \/>\nQuan la s\u00edpia ja es cuita, afegiu-hi la bossa de la tinta i remenau fins que estigui completament dissolta.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, bulliu els espaguetis, escorreu-los i aboqueu-los a la paella amb la salsa de s\u00edpia. Remenau un parell de minuts amb la flama ben forta, emplatau i serviu-ho amb julivert acabat de picar.<br \/>\n<em>Buon
