Despr\u00e9s, afegiu els daus de pernil, la ceba picada i el br\u00f2quil que haurem fet al vapor amb anterioritat i despr\u00e9s ofegat una mica en una paella. A continuaci\u00f3, batem els ous i la salsa de tom\u00e0tiga i ho abocam en els motlles fins que tapi els ingredients. Ho salpebram i hi posam orenga. Despr\u00e9s hi afegim el formatge i uns daus m\u00e9s de pernil salat. Ho enfornam amb el foc enc\u00e8s a dalt i a baix a 180 \u00ba durant 15 minuts o fins que vegem que l&#8217;ou ha quallat.<\/div>\n<p>Per acabar, ho deixam refredar una mica i li llevam del motllo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tallau a trossets petits de pa de barra i repartiu-la en els motllos de silicona.
