{"id":6672,"date":"2013-03-21T00:16:23","date_gmt":"2013-03-21T00:16:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=6672"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:03","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:03","slug":"thumbprint-cookies-de-pasqua","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/thumbprint-cookies-de-pasqua","title":{"rendered":"Thumbprint cookies de pasqua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n115 gr. de mantega<br \/>\n1 culleradeta de sucre vainillat<br \/>\n70 gr. de sucre glas<br \/>\n1\/4 culleradeta de sal<br \/>\n175 gr. de farina<br \/>\nper cobrir:<br \/>\n20 gr. de mantega<br \/>\n60 gr. de xocolata negra<br \/>\nous de xocolata (nosaltres hem emprat Kinder choco bons)<br \/>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nEncenem el forn a 180\u00ba i cobrim la safata de forn amb paper vegetal. Mesclam la mantega fosa amb el sucre tamitzat, la sal i el sucre vainillat fins obtenir una crema suau. Poc a poc hi anirem afegint la farina i mesclant fins que tinguem una massa homog\u00e8nia. Farem bolles del tamany d\u2019una nou i les col\u00b7locarem a la safata amb 2 cm. de separaci\u00f3 entre elles ja que creixen una mica. Quan les tenim col\u00b7locades hi enfonsam el dit a sobre per fer un clot on una vegada cuites hi posarem la xocolata. Les enfornarem uns 20 minuts i les traurem per deixar-les refredar. Una vegada fredes les omplirem per sobre amb una mescla de mantega i xocolata fosa, ho fondrem al microones de 30 segons en 30 segons per tal que no es cremi.
