{"id":6817,"date":"2013-03-21T00:16:25","date_gmt":"2013-03-21T00:16:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=6817"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:07","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:07","slug":"tarta-de-xocolata-amb-taronja-confitada","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/tarta-de-xocolata-amb-taronja-confitada","title":{"rendered":"Tarta de xocolata amb taronja confitada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>32 galetes del tipus Oreo (sense el farcit)<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de sucre<\/li>\n<li>un pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>85 grams de mantega fosa<\/li>\n<li>340 grams de xocolata negra<\/li>\n<li>1 pessic de sal<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de nata<\/li>\n<li>Taronja confitada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3 de la base de la tarta:<\/em><br \/>\nPreescalfeu el forn a 180\u00ba<br \/>\nFoneu la mantega i reserveu-la.<br \/>\nAl robot, tritureu tots els ingredients de la base fins a quedar com molles.<br \/>\nExteneu les molles per damunt d&#8217;un motlle de base desmontable folrat amb paper vegetal. Fixeu-lo b\u00e9 a la base i a les parets. (\u00c9s igual que quedi irregular perqu\u00e8 li dona un aire m\u00e9s natural).<br \/>\nCoeu-lo al forn durant 20 minuts.<br \/>\nRetireu-lo del forn i deixar refredar dins el mateix motlle.<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3 del farcit:<\/em><br \/>\nRatlleu la xocolata dins un bol i afegiu-hi un pessic de sal.<br \/>\nEscalfeu la nata sense parar de remanar fins que comenci a bullir.
