{"id":7255,"date":"2013-04-20T22:47:33","date_gmt":"2013-04-20T22:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anardetapes.cat\/?p=7255"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:11","slug":"profiterols-de-cacau","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/profiterols-de-cacau","title":{"rendered":"Profiterols de cacau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\nPer a la pasta dels profiterols:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>125 cl d&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<li>25 g de mantega<\/li>\n<li>25g de sa\u00efm<\/li>\n<li>Un polsim de sal<\/li>\n<li>60 g de farina (tamisar)<\/li>\n<li>15 g de cacau<\/li>\n<li>2-3 ous (els que es begui la pasta)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per al farcit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nata muntada<\/li>\n<li>Sucre en pols<\/li>\n<li>Ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Maduixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Xocolata blanc (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Coco (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Confitura de maduixa cassolana(opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n-Muntau la nata, quan sigui mig muntada afegiu-hi el sucre i l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia a poc a poc i acabau-ho de muntar. Despr\u00e9s, deixau-ho dins la gelera.<br \/>\n-Encalentiu l&#8217;aigua amb la mantega, el sa\u00eem i el polsim de sal.<br \/>\n-Afegiu de cop la farina amb el cacau dins el l\u00edquid.<br \/>\n-Remenau fins que torni una pasta.<br \/>\n-Deixau que la pasta torni teba.<br \/>\n-Anau afegint-hi els ous un darrere l&#8217;altre, remenau-ho perqu\u00e8 es begui b\u00e9.<br \/>\n-Posau dins una m\u00e0nega pastissera i fer muntets, enfornau a 180\u00ba durant 10 minuts.<br \/>\n-Quan estiguin cuits i freds, xapau-los per la meitat i ompliu-los de la <em>chantilly<\/em> amb les maduixes.<br \/>\n-Decorau-ho de la manera que usagradi:<br \/>\na) Banyau-ho amb xocolata blanc per damunt i posau-hi maduixes.<br \/>\nb) Posau confitura de maduixa al damunt de la tapadora amb un
