{"id":8556,"date":"2013-08-28T19:44:12","date_gmt":"2013-08-28T17:44:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=8556"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:17:26","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T09:17:26","slug":"pastis-destiu-de-formatge-i-cireres","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/recepta\/pastis-destiu-de-formatge-i-cireres","title":{"rendered":"Past\u00eds d&#8217;estiu de formatge i cireres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g de cireres sense pinyol<\/li>\n<li>100 ml d&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<li>125 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>200 g de galetes tipus Digestive<\/li>\n<li>100 g de mantega a temperatura ambient<\/li>\n<li>500 g de formatge en crema<\/li>\n<li>125 g de mel<\/li>\n<li>2 culleradetes d&#8217;extracte de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>4 ous a temperatura ambient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<br \/>\nPoseu l&#8217;aigua i les cireres en un cass\u00f3, amb el sucre i porteu-lo a ebullici\u00f3. Baixeu el foc al m\u00ednim i coure, removent-ho de tant en tant, i pressionant lleugerament les cireres per aixafar-les, de 12 a 15 minuts, o fins que les cireres hagin adquirit una textura tova i nom\u00e9s quedin unes cullerades d&#8217;alm\u00edvar. Despr\u00e9s, retireu-ho del foc i deixeu-ho refredar.<\/p>\n<p>Preescalfeu el forn a 180\u00baC. Unteu lleugerament amb mantega un motlle de cremallera de 22 cm de di\u00e0metre i folreu-ne la base amb paper de cuina. Piqueu les galetes amb un robot fins que formin molles, incorporeu-hi la mantega i accioneu-ho de nou fins que ambdues quedin lligades. Pressioneu la mescla contra el fons i les parets del motlle i introduiu-ho en el congelador 10 minuts. A continuaci\u00f3, cobriu la part exterior del motlle amb paper de plata ben atape\u00eft per evitar que en caigui l\u00edquid durant la cocci\u00f3. Col\u00b7loqueu el motlle en una safata profunda de forn.<\/p>\n<p>Bateu el formatge en crema, la mel i la vainilla fins obtenir una mescla homog\u00e8nia. Afegiu-hi els ous d&#8217;un en un, bateu-ho b\u00e9 despr\u00e9s de cada addici\u00f3. Despr\u00e9s, barregeu-ho amb la crema i aboqueu la mescla sobre el fons del past\u00eds. Poseu en la safata de forn aigua calenta suficient i coeu-ho al forn durant 45 minuts o fins que el past\u00eds hagi quallat.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, repartiu la mescla de cireres sobre el past\u00eds, esteneu-la amb cura. Poseu-ho a coure 10 minuts m\u00e9s. Retireu-ne el paper de plata, col\u00b7loqueu el past\u00eds sobre una safata i deixeu-ho refredar a la nevera fins al moment de servir.
