Quan estiguin fregits, afegir un gra d&#8217;all tallada ben petita i una cullerada de julivert. Despr\u00e9s afegir mitja culleradeta de pebre vermell i dos gots d&#8217;arr\u00f2s. Remenar. Afegir mig got de vi blanc. Quan s&#8217;hagi redu\u00eft afegir els rovellons tallats ben petits (el mateix volum que d&#8217;arr\u00f2s) i afegir una mica d&#8217;aigua. Afegir aigua de mica en mica. Controlar el nivell de sal.
