En cas de fer-hi men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3, l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia s&#8217;inicia amb un text po\u00e8tic escrit pel xef com a introducci\u00f3. Tot seguit, l&#8217;equip, que compta amb \u00c0lex Palmer com a segon de cuina, ofereix plats que cerquen aquesta connexi\u00f3, com ara l&#8217;aperitiu d&#8217;empanada xilena de calamar i botifarr\u00f3. Amb nom\u00e9s tres anys, la seva fam\u00edlia va fugir de la dictadura d&#8217;Augusto Pinochet i es va instal\u00b7lar a Israel, on van viure durant vuit anys abans de tornar al seu pa\u00eds natal. L&#8217;any 2012 va arribar a Mallorca, on es va formar en cuina a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.
