El cuiner, en Miquel, hi prepara plats de cuina mallorquina amb un toc d&#8217;autor i modernitat, tenint en compte el producte aut\u00f2cton, fresc i de temporada. Hi tastarau aut\u00e8ntiques del\u00edcies on no hi falten les patates de pobre amb vermell d&#8217;ou i t\u00f2fona negra, la porcella mallorquina rostida fora ossos, els arrosos o l&#8217;espectacular crem\u00f3s de formatge amb figues.<\/p>\n<p>En Miquel coneix all\u00f2 que cuina, tamb\u00e9 ho cultiva o ho compra a pagesos com en Biel Torrens de Son Cal\u00f3.
