Hi preparen costelles de xots mallorquins, tamb\u00e9 hi fan entrecots, canonges (conills joves) i, darrerament la mitjana de bou, que tot i no ser carn de Mallorca, \u00e9s de bona qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>El Restaurant Las Tres Palas de s&#8217;Arenal tamb\u00e9 prepara plats de la cuina mallorquina com el frit en el qual tot est\u00e0 tallat a daus ben petitets. Durant la tardor i l&#8217;hivern cuinen arr\u00f2s brut, amb colom\u00ed, conill, carxofa, colflori, costellam amb un toc de canyella.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi fan altres plats com el pop a la brasa, servit amb patata i allioli de pebres del piquillo.<\/p>\n<p>De postres casolanes, cal destacar la crema cremada i la pannacotta de Baileys.<\/p>\n<p>El local d&#8217;aquest restaurant familiar \u00e9s ampli i molt acollidor. Obr\u00ed les portes al comen\u00e7ament de la d\u00e8cada dels anys 80 i actualment hi treballa la segona i tercera generaci\u00f3.
