El creador d&#8217;aquest espai \u00e9s Pere Palou, amant de la bona cuina i del bon beure.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi podeu fer tapes per acompanyar tranquil\u00b7lament amb un bon vi i bona companyia com el salm\u00f3 fumat amb tremp\u00f3, l&#8217;ensalada de tom\u00e0tiga amb bacall\u00e0. Preparan de forma casolana el pesto vermell que acompanya la tonyina fumada. En Pere Palou tamb\u00e9 prepara els seitons i torra els pebres que els acompanyen. No hi falta la taula de formatges amb codonyat o el bon pernil i el foie.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu vermut, servit amb diferents fruites que aromatitzen cada glop.<\/p>\n<p>Espigolant est\u00e0 situal al carrer Passeig Mallorca de Palma.
