Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;exercir durant 8 anys com a xef creatiu dels restaurants del grup Forn Project (Forn de Sant Joan, Omb\u00fa i Koa), ha creat aquest restaurant amb el cap de sala i sommelier Sebasti\u00e1n P\u00e9rez, qui tamb\u00e9 ha treballat cinc anys amb el grup Forn Project.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant Vandal de Palma ofereix una cuina creativa i del m\u00f3n, amb tocs principalment orientals, on tamb\u00e9 hi \u00e9s present el producte local. A la carta hi trobareu opcions que es poden demanar individualment i, tamb\u00e9, per compartir. Totes duen un maridatge suggerent que \u00e9s opcional.
