Hi trobareu plats que combinen la cuina caribenya, i m\u00e9s concretament del Carib vene\u00e7ol\u00e0, i la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Fernanda n&#8217;\u00e9s la xef. S&#8217;ha format a l&#8217;Escola de Hoteleria Aiala de Karlos Argui\u00f1ano (Pa\u00eds Basc) i ha fet de cuinera particular a iots i vaixells durant 5 anys, durant els quals ha recorregut les Illes Balears, la costa Blava, la costa del Marroc, entre altres.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;espai \u00e9s senzill i hi podeu tastar plats com els natxos caribenys (totopos amb formatge, guacamole, pico de gallo i nata), l&#8217;ensalada cubagua (amb encenalls de pl\u00e0tan mascle cuinats lentament, amb ceba dol\u00e7a, mango, quinoa i bou de mar), els raviolis de coa de bou (envoltats de pa de blat de moro i banyats amb brou de verdures i llegums) o el ceviche amb marisc i moluscs, pebres, llima, ceba vermella i salsa de tom\u00e0tiga; entre altres plats.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ra\u00fal i Mar\u00eda Fernanda han creat aquest restaurant, per\u00f2 seguint un concepte de gastrobar.
