El cuiner <strong>Joan Salord<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s el responsable d&#8217;una carta vers\u00e0til (<strong>llobarro fumat<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>canel\u00f3 de carabass\u00f3 amb crema de formatge<\/strong>) que abasta des de plats m\u00e9s populars (com l&#8217;<strong>arr\u00f2s negre amb s\u00edpia i gambes<\/strong>) i fins i tot amb un toc oriental (com el wok de verdures amb noodles d&#8217;ou), fins a propostes amb un punt m\u00e9s creatiu com els<strong>\u00a0raviolis de pr\u00e9ssec, gambes i iogurt grec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 destaca per oferir plats que surten del saber culinari menorqu\u00ed com el\u00a0<strong>calamar farcit de gambes<\/strong>\u00a0amb salsa d&#8217;avellana, el\u00a0<strong>filet de vedella de Menorca<\/strong>\u00a0o la versi\u00f3 de la\u00a0<strong>greixera de moniato amb gelat de mel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00eddac Pons<\/strong>\u00a0dirigeix la sala amb un servei atent. Hi destaca la pres\u00e8ncia de vins de Menorca.
