De les primeres, cal dir que s\u00f3n de pasta fina, amb ingredients abundants com la de la casa, amb ou bullit, pernil, xampinyons i olives; o la napolitana especial, amb rodanxes de tom\u00e0tiga, pernil dol\u00e7, all i julivert. Pel que fa als escalops, el m\u00e9s sol\u00b7licitat \u00e9s el napolit\u00e0 de carn de vedella, acabat de fer al forn amb tom\u00e0tiga triturada, pernil dol\u00e7 i formatge gratinat per damunt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una altra de les seves especialitats, d&#8217;aquest restaurant que es troba al Born del Molinar, s\u00f3n els entrepans de pa pebete, una esp\u00e8cie de magraneta amb un punt agredol\u00e7, com per exemple el que est\u00e0 fet amb darreres de pollastre esbocinats; com tamb\u00e9 les panades criolles (de pollastre, vedella i pernil dol\u00e7 amb formatge).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El local sempre est\u00e0 ambientat amb m\u00fasica de qualitat, per\u00f2 que fuig dels esquemes comercials.
