L&#8217;establiment est\u00e0 dirigit pel cuiner\u00a0<strong>V\u00edctor Garcia<\/strong>, tot un nom dins l&#8217;alta cuina de Mallorca,\u00a0que t\u00e9 a Tom\u00e0s Al\u00f3s com a cap de cuina d&#8217;aquest restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Els\u00a0<strong>arrossos secs<\/strong>\u00a0i el\u00a0<strong>peix i el marisc fresc\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00f3n els protagonistes d&#8217;una carta en qu\u00e8 el producte \u00e9s l&#8217;estrella. Per aix\u00f2, es cuinen el m\u00ednim, perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aliment conservi el seu gust i la seva aroma.<\/p>\n<p>Cal remarcar que l&#8217;hortalissa del restaurant Sea Club Cap Rocat prov\u00e9 de la\u00a0<strong>cooperativa Pagesos Ecol\u00f2gics de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0(PEM). Hi destaca el peix a la graella, que s&#8217;acompanya de patat\u00f3 i enciam. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha plats com els cracs de closca fluixa amb salsa coenta, el tatin de tom\u00e0tiga amb burrata i oli d&#8217;oliva d&#8217;alfabeguera, la coca de sardina fresca, entre altres opcions que varien segons la temporada.<\/p>\n<p>De postres, cal destacar la\u00a0<strong>pasta de full amb mascarpone i fruites vermelles<\/strong>\u00a0i la versi\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia dels past\u00eds de formatge, servit dins terrina.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la<strong>\u00a0terrassa, molt \u00e0mplia i acollidora<\/strong>, es gaudeix d&#8217;una\u00a0<strong>panor\u00e0mica \u00fanica<\/strong>. Si fa mal temps, el restaurant\u00a0<strong>t\u00e9 una sala interior ben acollidora<\/strong>.\u00a0 Tenen obert a migdia i vespre, de l&#8217;1 d&#8217;abril al 31 d&#8217;octubre. El servei \u00e9s molt atent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Molt important<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>si no hi ha reserva pr\u00e8via no hi podreu ni dinar ni sopar<\/strong>, ja que<strong>\u00a0\u00e9s imprescindible<\/strong>\u00a0per poder-hi entrar.
