El concepte est\u00e0 creat per<strong>\u00a0Tomeu Caldentey<\/strong>, una de les figures contempor\u00e0nies de la gastronomia illenca.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant es troba ubicat a les instal\u00b7lacions de l&#8217;hotel Sant Jaume de Palma i amb seus plats hi ret un\u00a0<strong>homenatge a les arrels de la cuina mallorquina<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 hi destaca el servei, on no hi falta l&#8217;espectacle amb plats que s&#8217;acaben de preparar davant el comensal.
