Rafel Mart\u00ednez y Maria Ponce en s\u00f3n els responsables. En aquest restaurant situat a prop de la Rambla de Palma hi trobam una cuina honesta i de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>A la Fonda de S\u00f3ller, cada migdia hi trobareu molta varietat: Els dilluns, hi destaquen al men\u00fa dels plats vegetarians. Els dimarts, el rostit; el dimecres, el peix. Cada dijous hi fan bullit; els divendres, paelles a l&#8217;estil de mestre Tomeu Esteva; i cada dissabte hi s\u00f3n presents plats com l&#8217;arr\u00f2s brut, el bacall\u00e0 o l&#8217;entrecot. Mart\u00ednez t\u00e9 molt bona m\u00e0 amb els plats gr\u00e0cies al bon mestratge que va rebre de mestre Tomeu Esteva i d&#8217;Antoni Pinya.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi fan tapes i variats.
