Quan la xocolata estigui desfeta, afegim la mantega i la fonem.\r\n\r\nUn cop fos, ho posem en un bol hi afegim la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic tamisat, si no teniu tamisador ho podeu passar per un colador petit. Ho batem amb un batedor de varetes manual fins que sigui una massa homog\u00e8nia.\r\n\r\nAnirem afegint el sucre i la vainilla poc a poc mentre seguim removent. \u00c9s molt important que el brownie \u00e9s faci a m\u00e0, sense passar la batedora el\u00e8ctrica, per tal d\u2019aconseguir la textura adequada.\r\n\r\nAfegir els ous batuts pr\u00e8viament i seguim removent.\r\n\r\nQuan tots els ingredients estiguin integrats en la massa (o quan dius \u201cJa no em sento la m\u00e0 de tant remenar!!\u201d), afegim les nous esmicolades i tornem a barrejar.\r\n\r\nPer \u00faltim, untem una safata amb una mica de mantega i un polsim de farina perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019ens enganxi. Afegim la massa i ho posem la forn a 180 graus aproximadament (ja sabeu que cada forn \u00e9s un m\u00f3n!) durant 30 minuts.\r\n\r\nQuan el brownie s\u2019hagi refredat, jo afegeixo una capa no massa gruixuda de xocolata desfeta amb mantega. Perqu\u00e8 entre nosaltres, si no la poso, a casa se\u2019m queixen.\r\n\r\nEl brownie s\u2019acostuma a servir amb una bola de gelat de vainilla a sobre, per\u00f2 una altra idea \u00e9s
