A l&#8217;Estat espanyol, les urbs de Madrid, Barcelona i Val\u00e8ncia han estat escenari d&#8217;aquesta destacada trobada culinaria, que s&#8217;ha consolidat com un referent en la celebraci\u00f3 del millor de la gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest esdeveniment es va dur a terme el dilluns 27 de gener en una roda de premsa a l&#8217;id\u00edl\u00b7lic marc del celler Santa Catarina&nbsp;(Inca). Hi assistiren&nbsp;<strong>Guadalupe Ferrer<\/strong>, regidora d&#8217;Economia, Comer\u00e7 i Aut\u00f2noms de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma;&nbsp;<strong>Antoni Fuster<\/strong>, director general d&#8217;Economia i Comer\u00e7 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma;&nbsp;<strong>Isabel Vicen\u00e7<\/strong>, presidenta d&#8217;Agroamallorca;&nbsp;<strong>Ana Paola Ruiz Alfaro<\/strong>, directora de Mallorca Restaurant Week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que el nom fa refer\u00e8ncia a&nbsp;<em>week<\/em>&nbsp;(una setmana), aquest esdeveniment sol estendre&#8217;s m\u00e9s de set dies. En el cas de Mallorca,&nbsp;<strong>se celebrar\u00e0 del 25 de febrer al 13 de mar\u00e7<\/strong>, amb un total de tretze dies en qu\u00e8 alguns dels millors restaurants de l&#8217;illa oferiran men\u00fas especials a preus assequibles per apropar la seva proposta gastron\u00f2mica a un p\u00fablic m\u00e9s ampli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els restaurants participants disposaran men\u00fas de dinar o sopar a preus ajustats, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;oferir gastronomia assequible&nbsp;tant a residents com a visitants que es trobin a l&#8217;illa de Mallorca durant les dates de l&#8217;esdeveniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons Ana Paula Ruiz Alfaro, directora de Mallorca Restaurant Week, \u201cno podia deixar de pensar a Mallorca com la destinaci\u00f3 perfecta per a aquest esdeveniment culinari.&nbsp;<strong>L&#8217;illa ofereix productes locals de la m\u00e9s alta qualitat, i tenim xefs i restaurants que treballen aquests productes amb gran professionalitat i l\u00b4afecte que mereixen<\/strong>\u201d, va comentar durant presentaci\u00f3 de l\u00b4esdeveniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mallorca Restaurant Week promet ser una experi\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria \u00fanica que celebra el millor de la gastronomia local. Gustos aut\u00e8ntics, la creativitat dels xefs i l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia es fusionen per oferir una experi\u00e8ncia inoblidable a un preu m\u00e9s assequible. &#8222;Volem que els residents gaudeixin d\u00b4aquestes experi\u00e8ncies i apropar l\u00b4alta gastronomia a la poblaci\u00f3&#8220;, va afegir Ruiz Alfaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les autoritats locals donen suport amb entusiasme a la iniciativa Mallorca Restaurant Week. Guadalupe Ferrer, juntament amb Toni Fuster, varen destacar el potencial del projecte per combatre l&#8217;estacionalitat tur\u00edstica i promocionar els productes locals. Isabel Vicen\u00e7, que presideix Agromallorca i va representar en aquest acte Cooperatives Agro-Aliment\u00e0ries de les Illes Balears, va emfatitzar que la iniciativa abasta tant productes frescos del camp com elaborats d&#8217;origen mallorqu\u00ed, ampliant aix\u00ed el seu impacte a l&#8217;economia local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte, que neix de l&#8217;emprenedoria femenina,&nbsp;<strong>est\u00e0 liderat per Ana Paola Ruiz Alfaro, Ana Trujillo i Cecilia Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, que han aconseguit unir gastronomia, agricultura i turisme en una proposta
