Amb quest especialista, format a la Pontif\u00edcia Universitat Cat\u00f2lica de Xile i a la Universitat Rovira i Virgili, no sols aprendreu m\u00e9s de vi, sin\u00f3 que tastareu\u00a0vins\u00a0d’anyada, criats en bota, criances, monovarietals i\u00a0vins\u00a0que han tingut diverses maneres de vinificaci\u00f3, entre altres.<\/p>\n
