Des de fa 28 edicions, l&#8217;empresari jubilat\u00a0<strong>Antonio Seijas<\/strong>\u00a0organitza aquest esdeveniment per reivindicar el vi elaborat amb la varietat m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstica de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen Rias Baixas i, alhora, de la seva terra natal: Gal\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>La Festa de l&#8217;Albarinho\u00a0va tenir lloc el dimecres 11 de juny, al restaurant El N\u00e1utico del Club N\u00e0utic de Palma. T\u00e9 el suport de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Cambados i de diverses entitats de Mallorca com ara el grup Tast, l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Sommeliers de les Balears, Restauraci\u00f3 CAEB, a m\u00e9s de dels embotits Entrepe\u00f1as de Geras de Gord\u00f3n (Lle\u00f3), els productes de Porco Celta de Casa Hermelino d&#8217;O Valadouro (Lugo) i\u00a0 la faba (mongeta blanca) de Lourenz\u00e1 (Lugo).<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00e8xit de l&#8217;any passat, el restaurant El N\u00e1utico de Palma tornar\u00e0 a oferir unes<strong>\u00a0jornades de cuina tradicional gallega els dies 12, 13 i 14 de juny a migdia<\/strong>, dirigides per\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Bea<\/strong>, reconegut xef per la seva traject\u00f2ria al Gran Hotel La Toja, i pel pulpeiro\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta festa no t\u00e9 \u00e0nim de lucre, i t\u00e9 com a finalitat donar a con\u00e8ixer el bon vi albarinyo a Mallorca on est\u00e0 introdu\u00eft a la majoria d&#8217;hotels, restaurants i hostaleria en general. Seijas la va comen\u00e7ar a organitzar quan era el propietari i director de l&#8217;hotel Colon, situat a l&#8217;Arenal de Palma. Cal dir que, com cada any, t\u00e9 un car\u00e0cter solidari; per aix\u00f2<strong>\u00a0es destina el 50% de la recaptaci\u00f3 (10 euros)\u00a0 a l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Mallorca Sense Fam<\/strong>, una organitzaci\u00f3 local que ajuda moltes fam\u00edlies necessitades. A l&#8217;edici\u00f3 d&#8217;enguany (2025), hi col\u00b7laboren a l&#8217;esdeveniment prop de cinquanta cellers d&#8217;aquestes cinc subzones amb m\u00e9s de 70 refer\u00e8ncies que es podran tastar durant.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;hi ha organitzat un tast de vins a cegues. El primer i segon premis han estat per a\u00a0<strong>Bern\u00f3n<\/strong>, del celler\u00a0<strong>Aquitania<\/strong>, i per\u00a0a\u00a0<strong>Puerta Santa d&#8217;Adegas Morgad\u00edo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una mica d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria i d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;albarinyo<br \/>\n<\/strong>La denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen R\u00edas Baixas abasta la prov\u00edncia de Pontevedra i una petita part de la de la Corunya, i es divideix en cinc subzones: Val do Saln\u00e9s (Cambados), O Rosal, Ribeira do Ulla, Comtat do Tea i Soutomaior.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s caracter\u00edstic dels vins de R\u00edas Baixas el color de groc palla, les aromes florals i de fruita, d&#8217;intensitat mitjana i potent; la seva<strong>\u00a0frescor i suavitat<\/strong>, la seva\u00a0<strong>acidesa equilibrada<\/strong>\u00a0i matisos amplis dins boca, tan propis del clima atl\u00e0ntic que caracteritza les R\u00edas Baixas gallegues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diuen les llegendes gallegues<\/strong>\u00a0els monjos foren els que varen dur els ceps dels ra\u00efms blancs d&#8217;albarinho i que els van cultivar a la Vall de Saln\u00e9s\u2026.
