Aquest restaurant encisador del poble d&#8217;Escorca\u00a0<strong>nom\u00e9s obre al vespre quan organitza sopars especials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un d&#8217;aquests tendr\u00e0 lloc el\u00a0<strong>16 d&#8217;agost a les 19:30 hores<\/strong>. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 tan especial, han preparat un<strong>\u00a0sopar maridatge excepcional en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la prestigiosa Maison Taittinger i el celler Perelada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Taittinger \u00e9s una de les grans cases de xampany, reconeguda mundialment per la elegancia, finor i vivacitat dels seus xampanys. El seu estil \u00fanic es caracteritza per una alta proporci\u00f3 de la varietat de ra\u00efm chardonnay, que aporta lleugeresa i distinci\u00f3 a les seves creacions, aix\u00ed reflecteix l&#8217;esperit de la seva fundadora madame Taittinger, qui va dir &#8222;sempre un poc m\u00e9s de chardonnay&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Josep Antoni Bernat, responsable del restaurant Es Guix, explica que per a aquesta experi\u00e8ncia \u00fanica, &#8222;hem preparat un\u00a0<strong>men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 que elevar\u00e0 els seus sentits<\/strong>. Comen\u00e7arem amb una\u00a0<strong>selecci\u00f3 d&#8217;ostres fresques servides devora el nostre llac, i que maridararem amb un excepcional La Chablisienne La Sereienneel<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Chablis AOC ( Fran\u00e7a, chardonnay).\u00a0<strong>Per al pernil d&#8217;agl\u00e0 i el caviar hem optat per l&#8217;eleg\u00e0ncia i l&#8217;equilibri del Taittinger Brut R\u00e9serve<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Champagne AOC (Fran\u00e7a, pinot noir \/ Chardonnay); i com a plat principal, podreu assaborir el nostre tradicional\u00a0<strong>xot al forn, preparat amb el mestratge que ens caracteritza, una recepta de 1970,el qual acompanyarem amb un vi de finca de l\u00b4Empord\u00e0, l&#8217;aclamat Finca Malava\u00efna<\/strong>, un cupatge de merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc i garnatxa amb 27 mesos de b\u00f3ta del celler Perelada&#8220;. Pel que fa a les postres,\u00a0 el punt final ser\u00e0 el brownie amb compota de maduixes maridat amb Taittinger Brut Prestige Ros\u00e9 (chardonnay i pinot noir).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els anys daurats de Hollywood<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un altre dels sopars d&#8217;estiu que Es Guix ha organitzat \u00e9s que\u00a0<strong>combina vi i<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>cinema<\/strong>, durant el qual es reviur\u00e0 l&#8216;<strong>\u00e8poca daurada de Hollywood<\/strong>. El sopar podr\u00e0 estar maridat pel\u00a0<strong>celler Jean Leon<\/strong>, una figura que va fer carrera a nord-am\u00e8rica i que va viure vida de pel\u00b7l\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>Els plats que s&#8217;hi prepararan retran homenatge a aquest personatge com ara l&#8216;<strong>amanida LaScala<\/strong>, que t\u00e9 el nom del restaurant que va obrir a Hollywood, el\u00a0<strong>salm\u00f3\u00a0amb niu de tallarines i gambes<\/strong>, l&#8216;<strong>entrecot de black angus irland\u00e8s<\/strong>\u00a0i el\u00a0<strong>brownie<\/strong>.
