{"id":102325,"date":"2025-08-07T08:40:41","date_gmt":"2025-08-07T06:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/el-govern-i-el-sector-pesquer-traslladen-al-ministeri-el-seu-desacord-amb-la-quota-de-la-gamba-vermella-per-a-lany-2026"},"modified":"2026-04-12T19:55:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T17:55:00","slug":"el-govern-i-el-sector-pesquer-traslladen-al-ministeri-el-seu-desacord-amb-la-quota-de-la-gamba-vermella-per-a-lany-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/el-govern-i-el-sector-pesquer-traslladen-al-ministeri-el-seu-desacord-amb-la-quota-de-la-gamba-vermella-per-a-lany-2026","title":{"rendered":"El Govern i el sector pesquer traslladen al Ministeri el seu desacord amb la quota de la gamba vermella per a l\u2019any 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Pesca, la Federaci\u00f3 Balear de Confraries de Pescadors i l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 de Productors Pesquers OPMallorcaMar han traslladat al Ministeri d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 el seu\u00a0<strong>desacord amb l\u00edmit de captura (TAC) establert per a la gamba vermella (<em>Aristeus antennatus<\/em>) per a l\u2019any 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Han rem\u00e8s una carta al director general de Pesca Sostenible,\u00a0<strong>Ramon de la Figuera<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 li demanen que expressi aquest malestar davant la Comissi\u00f3 Europea i tamb\u00e9\u00a0<strong>que es gestioni de manera individualitzada el calador de les Balears<\/strong>\u00a0(GSA5). A m\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>reclamen la retirada del TAC per considerar-lo innecessari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antoni M. Grau: &#8222;\u00c9s una quota innecess\u00e0ria&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el director general de Pesca, Antoni M. Grau,\u00ab<strong>la limitaci\u00f3 simult\u00e0nia i descoordinada de dies de pesca i quilos de gamba vermella obliga els pescadors a pescar m\u00e9s a prop de terra i capturar molt m\u00e9s peix del que poden comercialitzar<\/strong>\u00bb. En aquest sentit, Grau ha matisat que \u00abla quota de la gamba que mant\u00e9 la Comissi\u00f3 Europea \u00e9s innecess\u00e0ria i contradict\u00f2ria amb altres mesures de gesti\u00f3 que ja s\u2019apliquen, com la talla m\u00ednima i la regulaci\u00f3 dels dies de pesca\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Segons el director general, els informes cient\u00edfics elaborats per l\u2019Institut Espanyol d\u2019Oceanografia (IEO-CSIC) i presentats al Comit\u00e8 Cient\u00edfic de la Comissi\u00f3 General de Pesca de la Mediterr\u00e0nia (GFCM), el desembre de 2024 conclouen que<strong>\u00a0la pesquera de gamba vermella a les Illes Balears ja s\u2019explotava de forma sostenible l\u2019any 2023<\/strong>, amb projeccions que indiquen una millora significativa de l\u2019estat del recurs en els propers anys si es mantenen els actuals nivells d\u2019explotaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La Conselleria i el sector destaquen que la situaci\u00f3 actual \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s favorable, at\u00e8s que\u00a0<strong>durant els anys 2024 i 2025 s\u2019han aplicat reduccions dr\u00e0stiques en el nombre de dies de pesca<\/strong>\u00a0i, en 2025, s\u2019han implementat altres mesures com la talla m\u00ednima per a la gamba i l\u2019increment de la malla m\u00ednima per a la pesca de fond\u00e0ria. Amb aquestes mesures assegura Grau \u00ab la mortalitat per pesca necess\u00e0riament ha de ser, a la GSA5, sensiblement inferior a la de 2023, m\u00e9s si tenim en compte que no hi ha hagut moviment de barques des d\u2019altres regions\u00bb. Per tot aix\u00f2, el director general ha manifestat que \u00ab\u00e9s inacceptable que les avaluacions es facin p\u00fabliques amb dos anys de retard, quan les poblacions explotades evolucionen molt aviat\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s esp\u00e8cies en estat de pesca sostenible<br \/>\n<\/strong>D\u2019altra banda, l\u2019informe de la GFCM tamb\u00e9 constata que altres esp\u00e8cies presents a la GSA5, com ara la<strong>\u00a0gamba blanca\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>Parapenaeus longirostris<\/em>), l\u2019<strong>escamarl\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Nephrops norvegicus<\/em>), el\u00a0<strong>moll de roca<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Mullus surmuletus<\/em>), el\u00a0<strong>pop com\u00fa\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>Octopus vulgaris<\/em>) i, fins i tot, la\u00a0<strong>rajada\u00a0<\/strong>(<em>Raja clavata<\/em>), tamb\u00e9 es troben en estat de pesca sostenible. En aquest sentit, Grau ha explicat que \u00abel diagn\u00f2stic general positiu de l\u2019estat dels recursos pesquers a les Balears refor\u00e7a la necessitat d\u2019implementar una gesti\u00f3 de la Mediterr\u00e0nia basada en unitats geogr\u00e0fiques diferenciades (GSAs). Per aix\u00f2 sol\u00b7licitam a la Secretaria General de Pesca que, com a m\u00ednim, gestioni el calador de les Balears amb un pla de pesca regionalitzat\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ha recordat que \u00abl<strong>a GSA5 ja t\u00e9 pla de gesti\u00f3 espec\u00edfic parcial, mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019ordre que regula l\u2019acc\u00e9s de les embarcacions alacantines als caladors de les Piti\u00fcses<\/strong>\u00bb, i ha afegit que \u00abno \u00e9s una proposta ins\u00f2lita o excepcional, sin\u00f3 una evoluci\u00f3 coherent dins del marc normatiu actual\u00bb. Tot i l\u2019entorn regulatori de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea i les limitacions competencials de l\u2019Estat en la mat\u00e8ria, impulsar plans de cogesti\u00f3 pesquera per zones geogr\u00e0fiques, en particular en regions insulars com les Balears, permetria una gesti\u00f3 m\u00e9s efica\u00e7, realista i sostenible dels recursos pesquers, alineada amb la millor evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica disponible i amb la realitat socioecon\u00f2mica de cada zona.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment,\u00a0<strong>el Govern i els pescadors tenen la intenci\u00f3 d\u2019elaborar, amb tots els sectors implicats i durant els propers mesos, una proposta de pla de cogesti\u00f3 de la pesca de r\u00f2ssec a la GSA5, que demostri que l\u2019activitat \u00e9s econ\u00f2micament viable i ambientalment sostenible a la Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/strong>, i particularment a les Illes Balears. Quan la proposta estigui elaborada, es remetr\u00e0 a la Secretaria General de Pesca, a la qual es convida a participar durant el seu proc\u00e9s de
