{"id":102928,"date":"2025-10-30T08:48:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T07:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/vint-tapes-lluitaran-per-esdevenir-la-millor-creacio-de-tapalma-mallorca-2025"},"modified":"2026-04-16T14:15:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:15:59","slug":"vint-tapes-lluitaran-per-esdevenir-la-millor-creacio-de-tapalma-mallorca-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/vint-tapes-lluitaran-per-esdevenir-la-millor-creacio-de-tapalma-mallorca-2025","title":{"rendered":"Vint tapes lluitaran per esdevenir la millor creaci\u00f3 de TaPalma Mallorca 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un total de 20 tapes competiran en el Concurs de TaPalma Mallorca 2025, que se celebrar\u00e0 el 3 de novembre en el Palau de Congressos de Palma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019esdeveniment, organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca Caeb, i patrocinat per l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma, Palma Activa, el Consell de Mallorca i Trasmed, t\u00e9 com a&nbsp;<strong>objectiu dinamitzar la ciutat durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3 i posicionar Mallorca<\/strong>, i molt especialment la seva capital, com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la reuni\u00f3 amb els restaurants participants, celebrada el 27 d&#8217;octubre a l&#8217;Espai 22 de PalmaActiva, s&#8217;han donat a con\u00e8ixer els concursants que han estat seleccionats en cadascuna de les categories del concurs i s&#8217;ha procedit al sorteig de l&#8217;ordre de participaci\u00f3 el dia del certamen. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha fet lliurament de les capses amb tot el material necessari de promoci\u00f3 dels establiments participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#8217;aquesta manera, 20 tapes (10 per cada categoria) lluitaran per obtenir l&#8217;or en Tapa TaPalma i en Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP, i esdevenir les millors creacions gastron\u00f2miques de l&#8217;illa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enguany, participen 34 restaurants participants a TaPalma Mallorca-2025 s\u00f3n: Arume Sake Bar, Bar Central, Bar Pigalle, Bellaombra, Bendito Gusto, Born 8, Chez Camille, Cosmopolis, Dalil\u00ed, Diecisiete Grados, El Bandarra, Gilda Lobby Club, Ginger Paseo del Borne, Grand Siena, Jose&#8217;s 2, Kamale\u00f3nico, L&#8217;\u00c0nima, La Consentida, La Despensa del Bar\u00f3n, La Previa Palma, La Taperia, La Trastienda, Lievito, Locura Ib\u00e9rica, M\u00e1s Natural, Miss Sushi, Montego Bay, Morralla, Nixe Palace, Pasodoble, Parrilla Buenos Aires, S&#8217;Hort &#8211; Casino Mallorca, Simbad i \u00dcbeck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests participaran en dos concursos, alguns ho faran per partida doble. El primer concurs que&nbsp;<strong>se celebrar\u00e0 ser\u00e0 el de&nbsp;Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP,&nbsp;a partir de les 17.00 hores a l&#8217;Auditori Illes Balears del Palau de Congressos<\/strong>, en el qual participaran els xefs dels restaurants seg\u00fcents: Miss Sushi, seguit de Chez Camille; \u00dcbeck; Gilda Lobby Club; Nixe Palace; La Despensa del Bar\u00f3n; Morralla; Dalil\u00ed Locura Ib\u00e9rica; i Bellaombra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En acabar, comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 el concurs de&nbsp;<strong>Tapa TaPalma 2025<\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 hi participaran els restaurants: \u00dcbeck, seguit de M\u00e1s Natural; S&#8216; Hort &#8211; Casino Mallorca; Born 8; La Consentida; Nixe Palace; Arume Sake Bar; Morralla; Kamale\u00f3nico; i La
