Es tracta del&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Can March<\/strong>&nbsp;de Manacor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per celebrar-ho, han publicat el&nbsp;<strong>llibre<em>&nbsp;De pinyol vermell<\/em><\/strong>, que parla de la hist\u00f2ria d&#8217;aquest establiment emblem\u00e0tic de Manacor i, alhora, ret un homenatge als seus clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miquel Gelabert, cuiner i copropietari del restaurant explica que hi han volgut deixar const\u00e0ncia &#8222;de&nbsp;<strong>la nostra hist\u00f2ria familiar<\/strong>, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 de la nostra manera d\u2019entendre la cuina.&nbsp;<strong>Hi trobareu receptes&nbsp;<\/strong>de tota la vida, aquelles que formaren el cor del restaurant des dels inicis, i tamb\u00e9<strong>&nbsp;receptes reinterpretades i evolucionades<\/strong>, fruit del meu cam\u00ed entre la tradici\u00f3 i l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El llibre es va presentar&nbsp;dia 4 de desembre, al restaurant, i hi assistiren una bona muni\u00f3 d&#8217;amics, familiars i clients. Tots coincidiren en l&#8216;<strong>eleg\u00e0ncia del servei i la bona cuina que ofereix la fam\u00edlia Gelabert<\/strong>.
