La iniciativa s\u2019emmarca dins el cicle d\u2019esdeveniments gastron\u00f2mics que impulsa l\u2019establiment per apropar figures destacades de la cuina internacional a l\u2019illa.<br><br>Javier L\u00f3pez, responsable de la proposta culin\u00e0ria del restaurant, va compartir cuina amb el xef alemany Thorsten Bender, propietari del&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Sein<\/strong>, de Karlsruhe (Alemanya), guardonat amb dues estrelles Michelin.<br><br>Durant la vetllada, els assistents varen degustar un men\u00fa especial elaborat conjuntament, amb plats que combinaven t\u00e8cnica i producte. Entre les elaboracions destacaven el carabiner amb cacauet, una tartaleta de cabra amb formatge, turbot amb salsa de flor de taronger i p\u00e8sol ll\u00e0grima, com tamb\u00e9 unes postres amb garrova i pera.<br><br>La proposta es va completar amb un maridatge que inclo\u00efa vins de Mallorca i altres refer\u00e8ncies internacionals.<br><br>Bender mant\u00e9 una estreta vinculaci\u00f3 amb Mallorca, que visita regularment des de fa anys i que considera una font d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria.
