L&#8217;amor per la professi\u00f3 i l&#8217;ambici\u00f3 i l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 constant tamb\u00e9 van ser les l\u00ednies de guia del seu discurs. L&#8217;encarregat de lliurar-los el guard\u00f3 va ser el president del jurat de Protur Chef Tomeu Caldentey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andreu Manresa,<\/strong>\u00a0director general d&#8216;<strong>IB3<\/strong>, va recollir el premi atorgat a la fam\u00edlia professional de l&#8217;ens auton\u00f2mic per la tasca de f<strong>oment, potenciaci\u00f3 i dinamitzaci\u00f3 de la cultura culin\u00e0ria de les Illes Balears<\/strong>. Manresa comentar que \u201cen aquests moments detestables de guerra, l&#8217;\u00e8xit dels programes de cuina rau en qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n did\u00e0ctics i pedag\u00f2gics, per\u00f2 sobretot perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n un mirall en qu\u00e8 la societat s&#8217;hi reconeix\u201d. Tomeu Caldentey i Sara Bauz\u00e0 en varen fer el lliurament.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es va premiar\u00a0<strong>Rosa Maria Esteva<\/strong>,\u00a0 fundadora del Grup Tragaluz i propiet\u00e0ria de l&#8217;ic\u00f2nic restaurant El Mordisco, situat a Barcelona. Esteva ha estat una pionera com a empres\u00e0ria en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3, i va engrescar els assistents i, sobretot, els alumnes perqu\u00e8 &#8222;inventin cuina i estimin l&#8217;ofici&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de la cerim\u00f2nia, hi va haver el moment m\u00e9s emotiu de la gala.
