La inauguraci\u00f3 s\u2019ha hagut d\u2019adaptar a la situaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria actual, de manera que la celebraci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de caire institucional i amb aforament limitat, mentre que les activitats complement\u00e0ries m\u00e9s l\u00fadiques i populars que s\u2019havien previst i que implicaven m\u00e9s concentraci\u00f3 de gent s\u2019han posposat al proper 1 de mar\u00e7, Dia de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acte tindr\u00e0 lloc a les 12 h a la a sala Albert Camus i hi seran presents representants dels <em>stakeholders\u00a0<\/em>que donen suport al projecte de Regi\u00f3 Europea de Gastronomia 2022 i dels diferents ajuntaments. Condu\u00eft i presentat per\u00a0<strong>David Baret<\/strong>, el tret de sortida del mandat comptar\u00e0 amb les intervencions de la presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca,\u00a0<strong>Susana Mora<\/strong>; el conseller d\u2019Economia i Territori, Josep Pastrana; un representant del Govern de les Illes Balears; i l\u2019alcaldessa de de Sant Llu\u00eds, Carol Marqu\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta de l\u2019Institut Internacional de la Gastronomia, la Cultura, les Arts i el Turisme (IGCAT), <strong>Diane Dood<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 acudir\u00e0 a la l\u2019esdeveniment per passar el testimoni a Menorca com amfitriona de la Plataforma de Regions Europees de Gastronomia, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 l\u2019alt representant per a l&#8217;Alian\u00e7a de Civilitzacions de l&#8217;ONU i ambaixador de la Regi\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Moratinos<\/strong>, qui oferir\u00e0 una pon\u00e8ncia sobre \u201cMenorca, referencia en biodiversidad, diversidad cultural y gastron\u00f2mica\u201d. La segona ponent convidada \u00e9s la cuinera\u00a0<strong>Blanca Mayand\u00eda,<\/strong>\u00a0amb arrels menorquines i protagonista dels deu cap\u00edtols del programa \u2018Blanca en Menorca\u2019 que es van emetre el passat mes de novembre a Canal Cocina.
