{"id":57401,"date":"2021-11-11T10:00:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-11T09:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/els-sommeliers-preveuen-una-anyada-2021-excel%c2%b7lent"},"modified":"2021-11-11T10:00:41","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T09:00:41","slug":"els-sommeliers-preveuen-una-anyada-2021-excel%c2%b7lent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/els-sommeliers-preveuen-una-anyada-2021-excel%c2%b7lent","title":{"rendered":"Els sommeliers preveuen una anyada 2021 excel\u00b7lent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen (DO)\u00a0<strong>Pla i Llevant\u00a0<\/strong>ha recuperat una tradici\u00f3 que diu:\u00a0<strong>Per Sant Mart\u00ed, enceta el vi<\/strong>; una dita que fa refer\u00e8ncia al moment (dia 11 de novembre) en qu\u00e8 se solien\u00a0tastar els primers vins de la nova anyada.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, aquest dilluns passat va organitzar un tast de vins en cru; \u00e9s a dir, vins que encara no s&#8217;han acabat d&#8217;elaborar, per saber\u00a0<strong>com evoluciona l&#8217;anyada 2021<\/strong>. Per organitzar aquest tast, en primer lloc es varen reunir els cellerers de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen per fer un tast intern dels vins de la DO elaborats pels mateixos associats. Els cellerers varen aportar vins varietals, \u00e9s a dir, elaborats amb un sol tipus de ra\u00efm. En aquest tast es van triar aquells vins que millor podien representar les caracter\u00edstiques de color, aroma i sabor propis de Pla i Llevant.<\/p>\n<p>La segona passa d&#8217;aquest iniciativa, celebrada dilluns, ha estat\u00a0<strong>convocar professionals del sector integrats en l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Balear de Sommeliers<\/strong>\u00a0(ABS) per fer un tast d&#8217;aquests vins i\u00a0<strong>con\u00e8ixer les seves opinions de forma objectiva sobre l&#8217;anyada 2021<\/strong>\u00a0i recollir les seves recomanacions sobre com tractar aquests vins.<\/p>\n<p>Especialment interessants, ha estat escoltar els seus consells sobre si aquests vins s\u00f3n adequats per a un consum r\u00e0pid, com ara els vins joves, o b\u00e9 si veuen la possibilitat que siguin de vins apropiats per a criances m\u00e9s o manco llargues.<\/p>\n<p>Segons\u00a0<strong>Daniel Arias<\/strong>, president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Balear de Sommeliers, es tracta d&#8217;una anyada molt interessant. Hi destaca la qualitat del ra\u00efm que, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, ser\u00e0 el resultat de bons vins. Dels blancs, en remarca la frescor, la bona acidesa i la riquesa arom\u00e0tica. Pensa que poden evolucionar molt b\u00e9 en la crian\u00e7a en b\u00f3ta. Dels rosats, en destaca la frescor i dels negres la pres\u00e8ncia de fruita i la riquesa arom\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda,\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Lucas<\/strong>, recent campi\u00f3 d&#8217;Espanya de sommeliers, destaca sobretot els vins elaborats amb Gir\u00f3 Ros i Gorgollassa. En general, pensa que s\u00f3n vins molt suggerents, als quals manca l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 l\u00f2gica del temps en qu\u00e8 aniran madurant. Tamb\u00e9 hi va aportar la seva opini\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Toni Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, sommelier de Licors Moy\u00e0, qui opina que es tracta d&#8217;un tast molt interessant, especialment perqu\u00e8 supera en qualitat l&#8217;anyada 2020. Destaca tant els vins blancs i com els negres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Josep Juh\u00e9<\/strong>, sommelier del restaurant Zaranda, manifesta la seva grata sorpresa per aquesta anyada. Dels blancs, en destaca la seva moderada pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;alcohol que \u00e9s molt agra\u00efda pels consumidors, i dels negres, en destaca la tanicitat i acidesa, fet que augura excel\u00b7lents vins per a crian\u00e7a amb un gran futur.\u00a0<strong>Sergio Pereda<\/strong>, del Club Catador, pensa que el tast \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia excel\u00b7lent\u00a0\u00a0i destaca entre els vins blancs els elaborats amb les varietats Premsal i Gir\u00f3 Ros, mentre que dels negres afirma que es tracta d&#8217;excel\u00b7lents vins, ja siguin els elaborats amb varietats internacionals com els aut\u00f2ctons.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment,\u00a0<strong>Joan Arboix<\/strong>, sommelier del grup Santi Taura al restaurant Dins de l&#8217;hotel El Lloren\u00e7, sost\u00e9 que alguns d&#8217;aquests vins han de millorar amb una estada d&#8217;alguns mesos a dip\u00f2sits.
