La proposta estar\u00e0 disponible<strong>\u00a0fins al proper 15 de novembre<\/strong>\u00a0que \u00e9s\u00a0quan es posar\u00e0 el punt final a la temporada 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;un men\u00fa de 7 plats concebut pel xef\u00a0<strong>Guillem M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>\u00a0i el seu equip que es pot tastar separadament o\u00a0<strong>maridat amb els vins del celler Tianna Negre de Binissalem<\/strong>. Aquest celler pertany a la fam\u00edlia Morey, propiet\u00e0ries dels licors Tunel, i ha fet molta feina per posicionar-se com un dels nous cellers de refer\u00e8ncia de Mallorca. De fet, han apostat per dignificar les varietats aut\u00f2ctones i la producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dels plats que s&#8217;hi poden tastar s\u00f3n la<strong>\u00a0llampuga maridada amb yuzu<\/strong>\u00a0acompanyada d&#8217;un vi rosat, un brisat, el\u00a0<strong>Tianna Boutique 5.2 de la varietat aut\u00f2ctona Gir\u00f3 Ros<\/strong>; tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu un\u00a0<strong>parfait de foie amb trompetes de la mort i pa de figues<\/strong>, que es marida amb el vi blanc<strong>\u00a0Muscat Sec<\/strong>, fet a base de Moscatell. Una altra de les propostes \u00e9s el\u00a0<strong>llom de c\u00e8rvol\u00a0fet amb roman\u00ed, castanyes i salsa de xocolata<\/strong>, que se serveix amb el Tianna Negre, un cupatge de les varietats foranes Sir\u00e0 i Merlot.
