Amb aquesta filosofia ha nascut aquest 2021 l&#8217;empresa\u00a0<strong>Voli\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La idea va comen\u00e7ar a gestar-se l&#8217;any 2018, quan\u00a0<strong>Laura Gispert\u00a0<\/strong>va comen\u00e7ar a pensar en el seu treball de final de grau. Aleshores estudiava a l\u2019Escola Universit\u00e0ria de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona (Elisava) i\u00a0<strong>va decidir crear un producte biodegradable<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed va crear uns\u00a0<strong>coberts comestibles<\/strong>: &#8222;Aportam el nostre gra d&#8217;arena per deixar un planeta millor&#8220;, afirmen des de Voil\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquests coberts estan fets\u00a0<\/strong>de farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s blanc, maicena, f\u00e8cula de tapioca dol\u00e7a, goma xantana, amon\u00edac, s\u00f2dic, aigua, oli de girasol, sal.\u00a0<strong>No tenen greixos saturats, s\u00f3n vegans i no tenen gluten ni fruits secs, tampoc no tenen soja ni sucres afegits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha dissenys diferents, com ara la cullera, la forqueta i el ganivet, a m\u00e9s de la pala per remoure les begudes.
